Helium Balloons Outdoors 

To get best use out of Helium bouquets/clusters, Helium arches, Helium centerpieces we strongly recommend that you use them for INDOOR ONLY. Unfortunately, their behavior and movement are very unpredictable and they are likely to flop around in the wind, lose their form or pop, pop, pop! 

Payment Policy

A deposit of 50% must be made to reserve your event date and any props being used. A final payment must be made no later than 2days before the event or it will be subject to cancelation. Payments will be submitted through PayPal invoicing.

Cancellation Policy

Client maintains the right to cancel at any time, however a cancellation between 6-9 days before your event and will receive a raincheck. With a raincheck, we will hold the deposit you paid. If you pre-paid the entire amount you'll receive a refund, less the deposit. You have one year to book another event with us and we'll apply the deposit to that event.  If you do not re-book within 1 year your deposit is forfeited.

If you cancel your reservation within 5 days of your event your deposit is forfeited.

Outdoor Decor

We use only the highest quality products and techniques to build your décor. However, due to the general nature of balloons, we CANNOT guarantee that your balloons will remain perfect and intact when used outdoors. Most outdoor decor is still subject to popping due to extreme heat and direct sunlight, “frosting” or fogging/oxidation of the colors, and/or movement from the wind. It is clearly understood that there will be no refunds or discounts for loss, breakage since we have no control over wind, rain, sun, temperature, or any other facet of weather. We will not return to event location if any of these cases occur.

Outdoor Decor Weather Cancellation

Since weather is often unpredictable, we are a little more easy-going if you cancel because of inclement weather. You can cancel your reservation due to inclement weather up to 7am on the day of the event. We will call you in the morning to discuss the weather. We will not deliver your balloons or props unless we hear from you. If you cancel due to inclement weather, you will receive a rain check for your event. The rain check is good for one year.  

As a safety precaution, if there are high winds (over 15 mph) or if it is actively raining or storming, we reserve the right to cancel your order.  If the forecast is uncertain and it may or may not rain then we will contact you to discuss your options. The balloons and SOME props can be used in light rain, but we will not set up items if it is actively raining.  Please understand that if there is rain in the forecast and you still want the decor, we will only set up on concrete/asphalt (no grass, dirt, bark, rocks, etc).  If prop items are wet at the time of pick-up, a $175.00 cleaning fee will be added to your reservation to cover the additional time to clean and dry out the items. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the prop items are damaged. Once we arrive on-site we are unable to provide a refund, raincheck or credit.

Onsite Changes

Our mission is to make you and our balloons look great.  If we are unable to complete the decor design as planned due to unforeseeable circumstances at the event venue, or due to Client preference will assess a change fee if we incur any addition labor or material expense as a result of such changes.

Decor Equipment

All re-usable equipment, including but not limited to frame, lighting, poles, fabric, backdrops, bounce house etc., are the property of Maria’s Marvelous Decor and must remain onsite for pickup at a specified time and date. Client is responsible for all losses due to theft, vandalism, misplacement or damage. In the event that our equipment is damaged, misplaced, or stolen, the Client agrees to be billed for the repair or replacement cost of the item(s). Contracts for PROP RENTAL and BOUNCE HOUSE RENTAL with further descriptions, will be provided separately during the quote process.
